When you purchase a home, your monthly costs include payments on your mortgage (loan payments) and energy costs paid to your utility company. NCPlus Program homes may cost more, increasing the loan payment amount, but will reduce your monthly utility bills. Review the Rebate Terms and Conditions on the second page.
Complete the Application online, print it and sign.
Submit the Application to the address indicated on the form. Remember to include a copy of the sales agreement for the home provided by the retailer.

The home must be completed and connected to electric service.
The sales agreement must have been signed on or after July 1, 2010 and prior to December 31, 2011 before an Application can be submitted.

A copy of the Rebate Application is also available from the retailer. Please submit only one (1) copy of the completed Rebate Application.
